I'm building my guitar, but I have a really simple question that I'm stuck on. Its made of Bubinga. I have the body cut out, and I'm about ready to start on the pickup holes. My question is how do I route the wiring channels from the pickups to the control cavity? Anyone have any tips or tricks?

Hey there.
I think you may need to supply some more specifics about the body.
ie: are the pickups monuting directly to the body or on to a pick guard
: If you are using a tremolo bridge or hardtail or lespaul type
: single coils or humbuckers(size of hole can determine amount of access room you have for tool).
If you can post that type of info it may help to come up with your answer.
Good luck.

i did mine ( noPG) with a big drill, and drilled through the neck pocket then drilled a hole between the humbuckers and filled the hole in the neck, then do the same but angle the drill so itle come out of the rear cavity. if that makes sense,
have you got a thread on this btw ?
