For acoustic/classical just to name a few:

Anything by Andy Mckee, but in specific I personally like Into The Ocean. Check out his other stuff also.

John Butler : Ocean (ironic, all the songs I like have ocean in them)

Any rendition of Cavatina. Xue-Fei Yang performs this one.

Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

Justin King: Knock On Wood

Those are just a couple. There are so many, you need to just look around.

Knockin' on Heaven's Door (any version) Don't Cry and November rain by Gusn N Roses, Purple Rain by Prince. Anything Elton John...
#9
It's not classical or clean guitar, but listen to Dream Theater's A Change of Seasons.

It's a 23 minute song about a man looking back on his life using symbolism (beginning of his life = Sunrise, his last words with his son = Sunset) and its just an all around awesome song. It has keys in it too since they're a five man band

^DT is pretty damn amazing.

On that same note, try

Biaxident by Liquid Tension Experiment

Go for Resist by Rush. Look for a Youtube vid. This would be especially cool if you had 2 guitarists like Alex and Geddy have done live, but guitar leads and a backing piano would be cool too.

This, and also add in most of Clapton's slower pieces.

Of course it won't compare to any classical piece, but taking songs like this and reworking them to be done entirely on a smooth acoustic or a piano can work beautifully.

The Top 3 most beautiful Rock songs ever written:
1. Imagine- John Lennon
2. Stairway to Heaven- Led Zeppelin

A guitar/piano piece I find very lovely is I Won't See You Tonight Pt. 1 by Avenged Sevenfold. It's not exactly classical, and features electric guitar, not acoustic, but it's a beautiful rock song, in my opinion.
