better made, different width or shape of the neck? number of things can affect playability
The wood was smoother, but it's the same wood... :s And both are prestiges
Yeah, 3120 is a millimeter thinner than the 2550. But... there isn't a whole lot of difference between the two. Maybe one was just gunky.

bah I can feel the difference.

but I can play exactly the same on pretty much any neck thats 43 mm and not a baseball bat. (Cant sweep on 42 too well.)
No two guitars are the same. Even if they've come out of the same factory one after another. Wood is wood... it's natural, not off of a production line.
