I got their greatest hits ages ago, and gave them the odd listen from time to time.

I've just been listening to 'em now, back to back, and I only just realised how good they are.

I like "Barbed Wire Love", and "White Noise" and "We want no more of that", "Breakout".

SLF are of course, most famous for "Alternative Ulster" and "Suspect Device".

Jake Burns is my official glasses wearing geek of the month.

SLF are brilliant. You need to get their albums, specially Inflammable Material, Nobodies Heros and Go for it. Their newest, Guitar and Drum, ain't too shabby either.
Awesome live n all.
Super Leeds and Classy Cas!

I missed them at Wasted 2004 which was annoying cos' they had Bruce Foxton with them.

Great band of course.

I'm ashamed to say that I've never listened to them. I've been meaning to, just never got around to it.

I must go see 'em live.

Yes, you must! Seen 'em twice, last year and this. This years was awesome cos it's the 30th Anniversary tour so they played Inflammable Material all the way through Didn't see them with Bruce, cos Ali was back, but I've seen Bruce play with the Casbah Club anyways so
They set back off on tour in October I think, www.slf.com anywhos.

Can't believe you guys don't know more SLF. They are one of my favourites. I advise you all to go buy Inflammable Material, tis awesome. Apparently was the first independent album to make it into the UK top 20 as well.

Meanwhile, watch and learn:

I loooove SLF. My favourite punk band (Television excluded). I used to listen to them a lot a few years ago. I never bought a nalbum, though. Still, very, very good band.

They're really good, but for some reason I never listened to them too much. Barbed Wire Love is a fun song to play, though.

I saw them, and then thought that my dad was going to kill me the next day because I didn't say where I was going XD

I love 'em!! I only have Inflammable Material and Hanx, but I can't find anymore of their albums here They're both great albums though. I just noticed that they've released a new DVD too..

When I finally get the chance to go to England, they better be a gig somewhere close.. I really wanna see them!

Rancid are the best punk band ever.

Tim Armstrong is a songwriting genius, is a complete fashion diva and has an incredible singing voice.

He doesn't sound like Opie from family guy at all.
