Hi. Question for guys from the UK. How much would I be looking to pay for 1) my amp to be re-biased and fitment of new pre-amp and power tubes and 2) to connect a Celestion Vintage 30 to the amp, which is a Marshall DSL401 ????

First of all, you don't need to bias DSL401s, and it's immensely easy to put the new valves in the amp yourself, trust me.

If you can solder, you could put the speaker in yourself too, but it completely depends where you're located, coz guitar shops will do it for you.

i'm putting JJ tubes in the pre-amp, EL84's, the same as what is getting replaced, and i'm replacing Marshall stock 12Ax7's with Electro Harmonix ones, so is it just a matter of fitting them ? No bias necessary ? Cause i was going to fit them but keep reading about biasing and i've been hesitant

You don't have to bias EL84s. All you need to do is basically yank the old ones out, and then put the new ones in!
