Hey all,

I've been playing bass 4 years but as far as I'm concerned I suck for playing that short of time. I want to start focusing on getting better and want to learn some songs that may help my skills. Any suggestions? oh and preferably something that i can find here on UG

I'll do it one day.
The will to neither strive nor cry,
The power to feel with others give.
Calm, calm me more; nor let me die
Before I have begun to live.

-Matthew Arnold

Arguments are to be avoided; they are always vulgar and often convincing.

Primus - John The Fisherman

Good for flamenco strumming

Jaco Pastorius - Teen Town (or) Portrait of Tracy

just cool songs

Victor Wooten - Classical Thump (good for getting your slapping speed up)
