What would be the progression numeral (I dunno what it's really called, so I made up this name) for a dominant 7th chord? Infact, it'd be great if someone could provide a list of all the numerals for chords, since I don't have a clear grasp over them.

Generally it would be V7, but you could write it with any capital numeral and 7 to sign that its a dominant 7 chord with the numeral as the root.
