I think it is in the key of D ?

Confusing tab, normally you would right it eBGDAE with the small e at the top.

Actually, its atonal or chromatic. (I'm still not sure on the right word). Although, if you flatten that c# in the third chord than it would be in C.

Dsus2: D E A
F6: F A C D
Em7: E G B D
Cadd9: C E G D

It looks like C or D Dorian depending on the resolution back to Dsus2.
