A fusion of modern tecnically infused metal mixed with a good old fashioned 'Priest sound.

Biomechanical are fucking amazing and underrated but I believe there's thread about them already

Cannibalised is coming out in Feb.

Will be one of the best releases of 2008, no doubt.

I got their cd. Some cool tracks, some really mediocre tracks for sure. But Truth Denied alone is a reason to buy the album.

but i really do hate you and hope you and everyone you love is killed in the worst possible ways. i hope i get to spit in your eyes as you let out your final breath

I'm slowly getting more and more into them. Definitely not a fan of the vocals...
Dyer's Eve is awesome, and has an abnormally large penis, which doesn't act as any hinderance to his everyday life despite its freakishly large size.

Sounds like a wierd hybdrid of Phil Anselmo and Rob Halford.

Didn't the whole band apart from the vocalist split? Is Cannibalised still coming out?

But yeah, they're awesome.

I think the vocals are one of the (many) best parts of Biomechanical

Sounds pretty damn awesome. The falsetto vocals are pretty Halford-ish, with a heavy dose of Phil Anselmo. The one thing that bugs me is that the guitarists are unable to stay with a riff for more than six seconds, and the tempo changes are constant. I've never been a fan of that ADD-style of metal writing, and although the riffs are good, I never seem to have long enough to get my head around one before it's gone.

there are only few bands that has used symphonic elements as well as Biomechanical

this kind of metal combined with symphonic instruments doesn't sound very good at paper but these guys pull it off PERFECTLY, never have I heard such bombastic use of orchestra

^I know, John is a great visionary.

I remember being absolutely blown away when I first heard them, I think my mate sent me an advance track from Empires, And as soon as I heard it I wanted the album.

And their live performance was fucking intense too. seen em twice, once as headliners and once as support to Exodus.

Well actually, you cant have many best parts.
That would defeat the purpose of calling it one of the best parts.

Its like have 2 different size cups.
and calling them large and medium.
You cant have a medium without a small.

Just thought I would point that out.

But back to the point, the band sounds great.
Ill def. check into them in the future.

Yeah I was aware of that, but any other word than "best" would be undervaluation of Biomechanical

Holy **** this band is good.

I think the guy's vox are more like Devin from SYL's than Halford...

I put a dollar in a change machine. Nothing changed.
