alright, so I have a project due on Friday for English Class, I'm supposed to create a photo essay of an argumentative statement, I picked "Money is the root of all evil" since it seems like a subject I know something on. I'm making a slide show of images with music behind it and I'm thinking about putting a nice emotional but very moving guitar solo in it, what would you guys recommend?

So far I got:

Death - Voice Of The Soul
Arch Enemy - Bridge Of Destiny (Solo section)
Dream Theater - Another Day

It seems obvious but -

Money - Pink Floyd
Yeah Dimebag is not the "Greatest Guitarist" of all time... Hendrix maybe... I must go get food to eat with my mouth

$250 for an amp? wow. is it worth it to invest that much in the amp?

The first solo from "Vision Of Division" by the Strokes.

It's pretty killer.

Well maybe I didnt specify well enough in the first post, a sad, emotional guitar solo that portrays poverty, destruction, sadness, jealousy...all in one, or somehting in the vein of the first 2

doesnt fit it, the song is too upbeat for the point I'm trying to make, mind you, my school is full of musically retarded people who cant see a sad point behind upbeat music, so it has to be very sad sounding.

2113 - Coheed & Cambria, not an emotional solo, just a very emotional song. Just give it a listen.

The Root of All Evil- Dream Theater?

Sure, it's about alcoholism, but it could work either way

Wait, where are you downloading it from? You might get the song "Crucify" by James LaBrie by mistake, a lot of p2p programs mislabel it.

If the song starts with a piano note, you've got the right song.
