Yo!
Okay here's the deal. I bought this absolutely beautiful cherry red Epiphone SG Special. Plays really well except for one thing. Every time I hit a string while holding on the first fret I get this buzzing noise. And that's on every string. Also the first fret sounds exactly like the second. And plus the first fret is really hard to hold down..

Any suggestions?? Should I buy new strings? Adjust the neck?
I have NO idea.
btw I bought it used -.-

Help appreciated!

Maybe you should get it checked out by someone that does that stuff for a living it kind of sounds like your SG's intonation is messed up because if two frets sound the same and shouldn't then the action could be messed up. I would just take it to a guitar store and have someone look at it if I was you, or buy a new one.
