That is a considerable jump. A truss rod adjustment will definitely be in order.

Welll before i had 9's I also had 11's and before that was probably more 11's and that was the only time i had 9's strings i usually used 11's. so im confused. Would my neck or somehting be adjusted to 11's but since i changed to 9's it ****ed it up or will it stilll be the same.

I went from .9's - .42's, to .11's - .44's, and am currently using .13's - .58's but am going to be going for something heavier soon. I have not once touch my truss rod or intonation and my guitar is fine. If you're going for Drop B I would highly recommend a bigger drop in strings to at least .58's (i would recommend .62's though.)
