6 years from now
Meet me in the south of France
I’ll cook you dinner
And we’ll drink wine from my reserve

We’ll dance and laugh
Trade stories of our travels
And forget why we hated each other

When the plates are put away
And the bottle is empty
What will we do?
What will we do?

Will we wait 6 more years?
Or will we have breakfast in the morning

We’ll dance and laugh
And trade stories of ex lovers
And forget why we hated each other
Forgive what we cannot remember

I agree with nostalgic, because it made me think of my ex. Not just any ex but THE ex . Anything effective enough to make me tap into THAT sealed reservoir must be good, correct?

I liked the "will we wait 6 more years? or will we have breakfast in the morning" bit. very good.

I think that second line in "We’ll dance and laugh/Trade stories of our travels/And forget why we hated each other" might sound better as "And tell each other of our travels", I'm not sure why exactly but "trade stories of our travels" makes it sound like you're talking about two old men reminiscing.

I might just be biased to my own emotions, but I really really liked this.
