With the Ashdown, I'd think you only need the TS-9. Haven't tried the BBE, though, so give both a go.

x2 You couldn't need much more gain with a Fallen Angel, the TS-9 should just give you that extra push.

I do though, it's a scond hand model and the tubes are a bit **** atm.

In that case you'd be much better off retubing it, it would cost less than a Tubescreamer and the amp will sound 13423523468926349 times sweeter!!!
