I want to put a Floyd Rose on my 7 string. It shouldn't mess my guitar up if I get a pro to do it will it? Also, my guitar has a 1 vol/1 tone, 3 way switch configuration. But when I turn the tone down, it acts like a secondary volume. Whats wrong?
Oh yeah... what do I need to clean "re-hydrate" and clean my fretboard? Where can I get it?

Can you buy Floyd Roses for 7 strings? If you get a pro, I don't see why it would have an adverse effect. Also, I think it depends on the wood used on your fretboard. Most guitar shops stock a suited polish for cleaning your fretboard though.

EDIT: Lemon oil can be used on finished rosewood and ebony, methinks.
