Does anybody know of anywhere where you can get tracks with drums and guitar but without the bass line?

A few google searches only yeilded tracks for playing guitar on top

Cheers

playing with a plain drum machine, is your best bet.

But, always the best thing to do is jam with other musicians

Aye but it's for a presentation for class so I can't just jam iwth another musician, although a drum machine may be just good enough

Why not just use a decent Guitar Pro or Powertab version of the song and remove the bass. It's MIDI or whatever but would that not be good enough?

There are few minus-one tab books out there for bass, but plenty for guitar.

I was looking at a used Warwick Vampyre LTD 5'er for about $200. I went home to grab my wallet and came back and some jerk with an epic beard got it already..
