It is common that artists tune slightly sharp or flat... Perhaps you should just consider that :P

Especially Dimebag. A lot of his tunings are slightly flat.

I'm pretty certain Pantera did a lot of their recordings 1/4 of a step down.

On a tuner you can change the pitch by cents (I think that's the right term) and they have a slightly different setting to your standard 440Hz. I don't know what it is, but I'm sure you could probably look it up and find out.

haha old post but at least for the "mouth for war" to play in tune with the recording do this:

1. set pitch on your tuner to 450Hz (instead of 440Hz)
2. tune your guitar to Db
3 DONE!

I figured out all the Pantera tunings 7-8 years ago, man :P They had a habit of tuning it just a cent off-kilter.
