The last guitar in the world you would want to cheat on. They don't call it a razor for nothing. Enjoy!

White drop cloth and good lights. It does the trick.

Damn that guitar plays like a wet dream. My ears are ringing from jammin it through my Mesa Boogie Dual recto 1/4 stack. That dimebucker is truley amazing and that guitar plays smooth as hell.

Amazing guitar indeed!

There was a trem stop installed and an extra spring to stiffen up the FR. The seller is sending the cover as he forgot to throw it in the case.

I think the Razor blade at the 12th fret is mother of pearl.

Looks most Dimebagious!

Congratulations!

Questions:
Why is the spring cavity open?
Is the bit in the middle of the Razorblade inlay rosewood or just painted in?

I never have my spring cover on, it just saves time.

^^ It looks to me like the center of the razorblade is wood.

Wow, that's mighty fine lookin'... I've always preferred Razorback Vs over regular Razorbacks. A question: The knob with the thingies in the side- how's that made? I can't quite make it out.
#20
The knob is really neat. I never saw anything like that. It looks precisely factory made... like drilled into the knob with a small drill bit. I'd like to find out where to buy more, it's easy grip with sweaty fingers.

Nice! Although I am not a huge fan on Dean Guitars too much....

How do you afford such an uber rig!? You have like 10 amps in your profile!
#25
For those knobs just get regular "speed knobs" and drill into them. Thats how Dimebag did it they're just raping the 'idea' they could do a proffesional one but they decide to keep it homemade looking to get more money cos saying that its dimebag style makes more people buy.
#26
^So they're holes? I always thought they looked like they bulged outwards, but pictures of them aren't plentiful. I might drill mine a bit then, because they really aren't too good for rolling up or down in a pinch.
#28
Yes, it's electrical tape. Dime used to do that to all his neck pickups. He did this so the strings wouldn't get caught under the bobbins when he did some crazy whammy work. It's a really good idea, actually.

Hey, MrSandMan (dum-dum-DUM bring me a dream...), do you have some sort of ultra-secret room or something since you have meticulously edited it out? Or is it just that it's a heaping mess?

I'm sure you could get the same effect with the knobs by placing a drops of super glue around them.
