Could someone tell me how to play these chords with 5th/6th string roots please? Hopefully moveable....

Well I dont know how to get the b9 and #11 in there, but I do know how to get your 7th chords in moveable ways. Btw, if you just play those 7th chords, it should do the trick for jazz band or something.

To play the C7, bar the 3 and the finger the other ones. To play the Fm7 one, it gets tricky, but is well worth learning. Have your middle finger on the F, and lay it across all the other strings, then use your ring finger to bar the other frets, thus muting the A string.
