Easy game. One person recommends a song, then the next poster finds the song on bittorrent or Limewire or Youtube or whatever (not advocating musical theft, just musical-taste-broadening ) listens to it, posts one thing nice about the song and recommends another song. The next poster finds the 2nd guy's song says something nice, and so on.

If you can, try to pick songs that aren't so obscure that it would be impossible or unreasonable to hunt them down. Links would be cool too.

Anyway: The Thrill is Gone -B.B. King

Kickass song by my favorite band... Need I say more?

Check out - Love is strong by Rolling Stones

Liked it. Not a band I listen to but the harmonica was real nice.

=) It's quite unusual to be Stones IMO. Real good. Not one of their most famous songs I'd guess? Often those songs that are the best.

Well well, I can recommend another song for anyone

Highwired by Hanoi Rocks. If you can't find it at dl you can ask me and I'll send it

About the blues song above me. Real nice harmonica. Sounds a bit too much eurovison once the song kicks in. Sounds like that Olsen Brothers song - fly on the wings of love Pretty good though.

Yeah, write to my fanclub about it, honey.

This is actually really good. I'm going to look into these

Sonata Arctica - UnOpened.

very cool, not really my cup of tea, but sounds nice, if a bit video- gamey.

now, I know most people on UG will be like "OMG ITS MAINSTREAM GTFO", but just listen to...

Carousel, by Buckcherry

very Rod Stewart and the faces type of vibe.

Great song, it's actually on my MP3 player. It's really pleasant to listen to. Just listening, I mean, not headbanging or dancing, but just listening.

Fozzy - Enemy

That song is really cool...The only good thing that came out of WWE!

Also,

Skid Row - Youth Gone Wild

Lovely

IMO Morrissey has one of the most pleasant voices to listen to. Love that song.

Graveyard Shift - Man In My Mirror.

I like a song with an unusual intro.
Plus I kind of like The Smiths anyway, I wouldn't call myself a fan though, if you get me.

The Clash - I Fought The Law (volume is a must)

EDIT: Sorry, fast posting, I'll take a look at Graveyard Shift - Man In My Mirror too.
Well I'm not a fan of metal but, as far as metal goes in my book, it's pretty catchy. I like the vocals.

Citizen Erased- Muse

Nice, was about to see Morrissey this summer in Sweden but he never came... I heard about it early this year and searched for it during the summer but couldn't find anything I cried for years.

Not my favourite song from the album, but it's certainly very good. Good to tap your foot to.

Dream Theater - Solitary Shell.

(Everyone should know and love the band, but not too sure how popular the song is)

I love the intro It's sweet. Can't say I like the band as a whole though. They are talented as few but a bit boring IMO. Pretty okay song though.

anyways, MCR - The Sharpest Lives

One of my lesser favorite songs on the album, but the energy is admirable. Apathy is something we'll never hear from the vocalist.

Danny Elfman - Breakfast Machine

Edit: My World - Not one of my favorite GnR songs, but I suppose it's got attitude.
