I'm looking for a cheap, cool looking Explorer-shaped guitar.

While looking on eBay, I came across a "Titan BG-10."

I've never heard of it before, but it seems to be good quality.

It comes with a specially shaped gig bag, tuner, extended strap, 12 picks, a specialized stand, an 18" cord, and this practice amp:

All of it together is $99.

Is it worth it?

If you have the money to spend go nuts. If it sucks at least you have a nice body to fool around with and mod.

Get off this damn forum and play your damn guitar.

The locking trem is going to be sh!t. It costs less to make a guitar that looks good than one that is good quality, plays well and sounds decent.
#13
Get it. but depending on the quality of the trme, you're probably bettter of locking it down with many springs and blocks of wood.

My problem is I only have $100 to spend and my mom despises bidding on stuff, only using buy it now, and this is the only one like this I could find with a buy it now under $100...

I might be able to convince her to bid on some Epiphone Explorers that are only at like $90 though...

Get a job or something and make some money or you'll never get anywhere

Get a Hamer Striker standard or an epi explorer. Being a Jackson copy, and for only $99 with an amp and extras, it should be rather sub-par for some1 who isnt a first-time player. A double-locking trem for only $99 should be able to hold tune for about 5 minutes. and the body is probably nato or agathis, two woods u should stay away from. They make shipping crates out of nato. Go for the Hamer Striker.
