So i think it was about half a year now since i started playing guitar. And to be honest its more fun now than everbefore

Anyway lets get to the point Im thinking of buying meself a new fresh guitar. My current gear is this guitar http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Squier-Affinity-Series-Fat-Strat-Electric-Guitar?sku=510629

And a Roland Cube 30 http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Roland-Cube-30-1x10-30W-with-COSM-and-EFX-Guitar-Combo-Amp?sku=480023
I asked around here before i bought this. And most of the people thougt this would fit me great. which they we're absolutely right about

What i basicly like playing is old Tallica stuff And the prize range cannot be more than 700$. As goes for the looks, i realy like the explorer models. So what i basicly wonder is which guitar you recommend.

P.S i would appreciate if you could leave a comment about how great/horrible my current guitar is.

/Cheers

Thats always good to hear An explorer is a nice guitar, but there are better guitars out there than the Epiphone. Try looking into some ESP LTDS. Mainly the 400 series in up for each body style. ESP makes the EX series which is based off of the explorer.
Be cool.

Yeah, a cube is a fine amp. Going for a different guitar is fine in this case.

The ESP LTD EX-400 is a perfect fit for you as far as I can tell. Check those out.

ESP EX-400. Or a Goth Epi Explorer with an EMG pickup upgrade. With $700, u could do alot to the Epi to make it as good as possible.

The ESP LTD EX-400 definitely seems like a great guitar atleast according to you guys and a few reviews i recently finish reading.
