Depends if you mean half a step down or open Eb tuning.

Half step down: Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb
Open Eb: Eb Bb Eb G Bb Eb

Im 99% sure you would be referring to half a step down tuning, but i thought id mention open Eb tuning as well just in case.
