Not really a guitar question but still... I've kinda got a weak voice wodering which would be better for me - the beta is kinda more expencive and I've heard it can sound bad with certain voices so I dunno would it be safer to just go with the sm58; would still be much better than the old £15 mics in using rite now lol.

you can't really cover up a weak voice with a good mic, if anything that will accentuate your weaknesses. get some vocalization lessons

If anything you shouldn't get a dynamic mic, which are better with high volumes and close distances.
