Powerball is where it's at, i've recently been having serious pains in my wrists and hands and ever since i've used this powerball it's been getting better and now I have virtually no pains at all.

Nope, a Powerball is a exercise product. It's a gyro in a ball, about the size of a tennis ball. Only cost me £18/$36, bargain and it's really fun to use. http://www.powerballs.com/

Although an ENGL Powerball head could cure it just as easier I reckon

Gripmaster is also another good product for grip pains. I'm only on light tension but it's helping loads too.
