Mmkay...well, i decided to raise money, Ièm gonna give guitar lessons...but I really donèt know how or where to start...if anyone can help me and give me some tips and advice on teaching a guitar lesson...that would be great, thanks!

You mean, as far as the actual material you start with? I'd say begin with the major scale and major triads (after teaching how to hold the guitar, the strings, etc.)...but none of the theory behind it yet.

just make sure you teach them some songs they'll know every once and awhile to keep their interest

Theory's a big one, but don't get too technical. And make sure they know that accuracy is far more important than speed. Best to be a technical player than a shredder, they can move up to that point eventually
