Okay guys and the however small female populus of UG I need your expert advice. My school is doing the annual Remeberance Day Service on..well, Rememberance Day and as the grade 12 class it is up to us to organize, write and pretty much put on the service. Now I play guitar and a girl in my class is a very good singer. She's agreed to do a song with me at one point during the play/skit thingy. We've been trying to think of a song and nothing really comes to mind that will put across the message of war and the losses and the reason for Remeberance Day. We're looking for something that kind of puts across the "lest we forget" message of Remeberance Day. So if you guys could give me some help in finding one that would be much appreciated. Also keep in mind it will be one guitar and one singer, so any songs that sort of fit that quota would be great. Thank you in advance

Shadows Fall- Another Hero Lost http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDP9yRT3UkQ (the only video i could find)

perfect song for that situation...and i think you could pull it off with just a guitarist and a singer though you'd need to make some changes

I'm thinking the shadows fall song as well, but other suggestions are more than welcome. Another one we were thinking was Traveling Soldier by Dixie Chicks. I really don't wanna do that though haha.
