So what are your favorite movies of any genre of all time and why. Feel free to give a brief synopsis.
I just finished watching Meet the fockers and 40 year old virgin and was not impressed. After all the talk about them I thought I might laugh at least once. Anyway, just wondering what films to watch to restore my faith in the film industry.
Thanks!
We'll be washed and buried one day my friend
And the time we were given will be left for the world
The flesh that lived and loved will be eaten by plague
So let the memories be good for those who stay

The Warriors ( some of you may have played the video game)

Anyway the plot a New York gang is framed for the murder of the biggest gang leader in the city. So they have to run something like 30 miles while dodging rival gangs along the way. It has sweet chase music and it has one of my favorite pre-fight quotes ever.

"Im gonna shove that bat up your ass and turn you into a popsicle".

Epic

EDIT"^beat me to it.

All time favourite "Heat" (DeNiro, Al Pucino, Val Kilmer and Charleze Theron ) in the action movie with a good plot category.

Probably my favourite war movie. I love that scene where hes playing with the toy plane and he sees the Chinese boy.
