Just wanted to ask if making that squeeky sound while moving on the fretboard is a good thing while playing acoustic... Personally, it's something I enjoy listening to while listening to an acoustic song, but some say it's lack of precision, etc. So, what do you think about it?

personal preference IMO, if you like it keep doing it, maybe learn to play without squeeks as well. I also like string squeek so it's probably preference

yeah i like it a little. like when you're watching someone live you have to expect it, but when your listening to a recording that little squeek lets you know that its real. when i play i don't usually notice.
