Yeah, okay, Elton John.

Try masking tape? It's bound to be useful eventually.

It broke clean off?
Good.
It's easy to fix, and if fixed properly, will be even stronger than the wood was.
Look it up in GB&C.
Use the searchbar.
Google.
Projectguitar.com also has a tutorial, I believe.

Well then you didnt knock it over she did... which means that she is going to be either A.) Fronting the repair bill or B.) Buying you a new one.

Haha! That's why I don't like gibson les pauls very much. Not durable whatsoever. You could throw a telecaster off 2 flights of stairs and it would sing like a bird. a bird with a few scratches, but NO broken neck! And even if the neck DID break, it is way easier to replace than on a LP.

Anyways, sorry about your loss. Have fun buying a new one.

EDIT: Wait a tick, I just saw it's an epi! Who gives a fuck? Buy 4.

saw dust+wood glue on the wound. then capo it (i used 2 when it happened to me) and don't touch it for 24-48 hours. then put screws in the neck at point of break, this will reinforce the neck to prevent it from happening again do to humidity, temperture, etc.
