Sorry, i have no idea which forum this should go in, but if you know XTC, you'll understand

Just curious as to how many XTC fans there are on this site. I wouldn't imagine there are many as there are hardly any tabs, but there must be at least a few.

My favourite album is probably drums 'n' wires, i don't even know why, the songs i guess are just more fun to play, because the guitar playing is odd.

So anyone else like XTC?

I like 'em a bit, have you heard their cover of All Along The Watchtower? Greatest version of that song ever.

I like their stuff too, quite hard to classify but it will give you an eargasm.

Well they fit the time period for CR, but I always thought they were more Alternative rock.

yeah i like the bassline on that version. That's more funk than rock though, which is why it is so difficult to categorise them

I doubt anyone on here has heard it, but their cover of the Ramones Blitzkreig Bop is hilarious, because it sounds EXACTLY like the Ramones version. It isn't available for download, you can't buy it, but i've heard it

idk about XTC but i like ecstasy haha jk. what songs/albums would you reccomend?

there are a lot, it depends what style of music you like because every album (aside from the first 2 which sounded pretty similar to each other yet very different from the rest) has a completely different sound to it and is almost a different style. I guess i should say Making plans for nigel or senses working overtime, their 2 biggest hits.
