I'm reviewing a CD for my school newspaper and I was looking for some suggestions. It has to be recent, it has to come out between now and Oct.19 (the review is due on the 25th, i need to listen to it and review it by then). I'm looking for anything along the lines of Alternative Rock to Hardcore or Metalcore. They need to be fairly well known. I can't review an extremely obscure band that i can't find a CD for. Any suggestions?

If you have itunes, you could pay 46 cents for it. They let you choose the price, with a $0.45 transaction fee

ah ok, sorry for the extreme sarcasm but anyone can download it from radiohead's website for whatever price they want to pay for it.

...or 0. it's up to you.
i say go with In Rainbows. you can legally get it for nothing (except maybe some cheap surcharge or some crap like that but thats nothing) and it should be a pretty big album.
plus radiohead rocks.
#16
the radiohead album you can decide how much you are want to pay for it, but only for downloads

Yeah In Rainbows.

Ya somewhere around there. I tried asking if I could review the new Foo Fighters album, but it was too late. the next issue of the paper(the one with the review) is going to be around Nov20 i think, so it has to be as recent as possible. thx 4 the suggestions, r there any others?

If you're looking for Metalcore then Avenged Sevenfold are releasing their new album on the 10th.

Is the Radiohead CD coming out as a cd? I'd rather buy the disc than download it. Keep coming up with suggestions if u can, I might need a backup in case for some reason I can't do the Radiohead one.
#33
why would you rather buy a disc than download an album from an artist that wants you to download their album

if anything thats more convenient...

I just thought it would be easier if I had a physical copy of the music, though I could download it from iTunes. Will it go on there?
