This might belong somewhere else but i couldn't really find a place to put it so the pit it is.

I just wanted to know some songs that are purely instrumental, that are relatively fast paced, and don't suck.

If you don't like that song, you suck hardily. Otherwise I have the Doolin Dalton instrumental from The Eagles. If you want it, PM me.

pretty much anything from Joe Satriani (cept for a few songs where he sings), Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen solo stuff (not when he was in alcatraz), SRV has few instrumental songs previously mentioned that are awesome, maybe try learning some versions of classical songs and giving them more of an edge. Anything paul Gilbert or John Petrucci. Specifically:
Get Off of My Yard -Paul Gilbert
Glasgow Kiss - John Petrucci
#28
Big Bear and The Hour of chaos - Unearth
Call me the rap assassinator. Rhymes rugged and built like Schwarzenegger

That is a very vague request. There are millions of Classical pieces like that. Miles Davis' "Milestones" is my favorite Jazz piece, and it's relatively fast-paced. For Rock music, I would look at The Allman Brothers Band's instrumentals. They are some of the most amazing compositions of Rock music.

Just a pet peeve of mine; an instrumental song is an oxymoron.

Check out the band Liquid Tension Experiment. It has Petrucci, Rudess and Portnoy from Dream Theater along with bassist Tony Levin. They released two CD's and it's all instrumental. Particularly try Paradigm Shift and Universal Mind.

Yeah, but the term song only very loosely fits the definition nowadays
