Hi, I got 2 rust-colored tablets of Concerta Alza 54mg medicine that I plan to take for a test this week. I was wondering, this is my first time taking this kind of medicine, should I take both pills, or just one? Apparently it's a pretty high dose and I'm not entirely sure how my body will react. Also, anyone have any other advice they can give me to be safe about taking this drug? Or tell me how long it takes to kick in, how long it lasts, etc etc

BTW Concerta Alza 54mg is like Adderall, for those of you who are unfamiliar.
you're going to die

or get tetanus

edit - whoops almost forgot

seeing as how adderall is speed, your basically going to die
If I were you I wouldn't do it, the last thing you want is to pass out and miss the test
It isn't adderal and it isn't the same chemical at all. It's methylphendiate time release, take one pill an hour and a half before the test and be sure to stay hydrated both immediately after taking it and over the course of the rest of the day.

You won't do any better on the test from taking it unless you have severe focus issues though, if you're going to use it at all use it to study.
