Look at the specifications for the American Series, and then look at the specifications for the American Deluxe. Those are your differences. Also, there's an American Deluxe that's available in ash, which is a superior tonewood, IMO.

Does all the TREMOLO Arms can pull UP and DOWN and be pushed inside and outside?

hope ull get what I mean..

and thanks for all the answers.. I dont think the DELUXE worth that Double price but ok :P

The Deluxe isn't double the price retail. It's a few hundred more.

The trem arms set from the factory can be pulled up or pushed down, and they freely rotate (they actually just screw in to the bridge).

Deluxe trems don't screw though they pop in. It's my friends most hated thing about his Deluxe it falls out during wild solos with guitar on back of head etc.

How is that you "pop in"? so it's just free and it can go out?? :S

Your friend has major issue if hes able to knock two point trems off the post.

Yeah, they changed the name from "American Standard" to "American Series" a couple years ago.
