Hey, what are some good Scottish songs that you can play on guitar? Scottish folk and stuff like that. If any of you have heard of Paul Mounsey or Jim Sutherland, maybe some modern songs like that. I just want some good Scottish music to play.

i dont know of any scottish music in particular, but the new white stripes cd has a few scottish/folksy tune to it, i forget the actually songs, but there are two in particular just a few songs in, i believe number 4 or 5, give them a listen to see if that is what youre looking for

Well i reas the title and had a scottish type song in mind but it doesnt exactly fit in with this style of music.

ahhh the title of that song is classic. Most people wont have a clue what its meant to be about

Try turning some traditional Scottish songs into cool guitar instumentals. For example, Highland Cathedral or Lochanside
