put the ip address of your router in the address bar to get into the router settings. Depending on your router - the ip tends to be something lik 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.2 (its on the bottom of your router). Once you get in, go to security and set a password.

they give me a bunch of options..

128 bit WEP
64 bit WEP
WPA-PSK
WPA(with radius server)
