whilst playing my guitar i have recently tried switching from middle pickup to bridge pickup and neck pickup, i realised that neck sounds best for soloing and bridge for normal guitar shreding, i like to play metal style music so i am normally in bridge but when it comes to the solo of it all how can i switch pickups quickly , or is there a pedal ect? any tips welcome

Neck pickup only sounds good when used above the 12th fret really. In solos with high gain you can get godly tone.

That's a completely idiotic thing to say.

TS, you just need to get used to switching pickups, it's not hard, I can do it mid strum.
