So I've been working on my speed lately, mainly chromatic runs and other scales, and I've found that I trip up sometimes descending the scales at high tempos, even if I ascend it perfectly. So I ask: Is it that important that I should not move onto a higher tempo till I can descend thoroughly, or if I can ascend, is that enough, with a little less accuracy on descending..?
HEY
Do you like anime/manga?
PM me about buying the graphic novels I'm trying to sell

descending is just as important as ascending - you want to vary up your leads
keep working at it!
