I don't know about you guys, but when I have a test coming up, i can do nothing but stress out about it. I mean yeah, i put in my time ot study, but I ALWAYS have the feeling that it's not enough, and that I'm going to bomb it. I'm constantly thinking about the test and it's always stressing me out. I've been told I need to relax and not care, but honestly I just don't know how to do that. Anyone have any ideas? anyone else have test anxiety? anyone else in the same position as me?
