Most tabs have a key on them to let you know what the symbols mean.

Ghost notes, if I'm not mistaken, are notes that can be added if you feel they improve the song.

Parentheses usually denotes a harmonic in tabs.

Parentheses usually denotes a ghost note in normal musical notation.

A ghost note is where you barely play the note; it's kind of like a really light pick-up.

it's telling you to play the notes quietly if you want to/don't find it too difficult. It shouldn't be too hard, just hammer on the ghost notes.

ususally <> represents harmonics, if I am not mistaken.

() means that on the version of the song that is tabbed the guitarist fretted the note or else that the note was barely audiable and not all that important if trying to recreate it. It's there all the same, for accuracy.

I remember my first erection. I went to my dad and was like "Do I have Aids???". I seriously thought there was something wrong with me.
