Reet, my sleep pattern is fecked, sleep at like 2, get up about 1. It's not on for a dude who's trying to get a job and get out of his parents house.

SO after a bit of googling I've decided to, starting from tonight, set my CD player to play DevilDrivers new CD at 7am. Catch is, I won't be going to sleep tonight until I fall asleep, that means I could be up till 5.

I've heard this is a good way to tell your body "You sleep when you're knackered, but the wake up time is negotiatable". Anyone else got any advice for me?
