Garage Band + Keyboard = Electronic Indie Music

And if you don't have a mac you can take any generic beat making program like:

Fruityloops
Acid
and many more...

Electronica is probably the easiest music to make and the hardest make good. Justice and Daft Punk are excellent examples of what to do right.

So true. There are so many electronica bands around who think that they raawk just because they can cut 'n' paste a couple of musical phrases in CueBase or something. Some electronica artists are really talented, though.

im getting a mac next year, so what keyboard should i get?

I have the M-Audio Axiom 49. I think it's a great keyboard for the money. 49 semi-weighted keys, 8 sliders, 8 knobs, 8 trigger pads and transport control. All of that for $250.
