K guys, although i'm not that good in guitar yet *esspecially electric*, i still love cool guitars! Well,a noob can dream right? Ha,well, one guitar i would be getting fairly soon would PROBABLY,but very likely,be a MIM fat strat HSS ,in other words,a fender standard. Next~*in maybe a year or two* an Ibanez, preferbly a S470 ..though RG's would do too,but i would probably aim fer expensive guitars as i get new toys ...and last stop *of course i will get more* a LP custom! all the new toys would only come in a year or two, could even be in three years time..long time tho..

What do you guys think about my dream? =D

I think you should work on your guitar skill before you start dreaming about having cool guitars...seriously.

Aim for skill first!

and changin from a strat to a RG and then to a LP doesn´t seem all to logical. they are all completly different guitars

yeah, by the time you really try those out, you'll have picked one niche or the other, as all three have different one's, although i would like myself a HSH strat with a floyd rose, hahaha, but might as well have a jackson or ibanez then... BUT, those are all nice guitars
EDIT: oh yeah, forgot to mention mine : (

i'd like to have an SG supreme fireburst, or just finish this guitar i'm assembling from warmoth in december, haha

I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

yea i agree. if ur used to the single coil tone of a strat then it'd be wierd to suddenly be playing HSH on an RG (or HH). and when ur used to the tone and feel (the neck is pretty thin) of an RG, it'd be wierd to suddenly change to an LP, which has thicker tone and also a thicker (therefore slower to play on, at least for me) necks

No, not a good choice, yes you can play metal on it, but schecter, ibanez, esp, jackson, much better choices.
