Pretty much any solo you'll learn will be based off the major scale. Even solos in natural minor are using a major scale, because the natural minor (aeolian) scale is the 6th mode of the major scale. still though, here are some:

Ramblin Man - Allman Brothers (G major)
Melissa - Allman Brothers (E major)
Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd (first solo) (D major)
Knockin on Heaven's Door - Guns n Roses (G Major)

Those are some relatively simple solos all using major scales. hope i helped.

Another really good easy one is "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney. Simple, but you get a good sense of how to use phrasing within a major scale.
