Hey everyone. Well i'm going to the lower 48 from alaska after my senior year of highschool to try and get a band going and i was just wondering how to pay for everything. I need to be able to pay for my food and apartment and bills and whatnot and i have been told that a minimum wage job just wont cut it. any ideas on what i should do??? i'll probably be moving to a major city if that helps.

Get roomates. You can cover costs easier that way, provided it works out.

Yeah, roommates for sure. And honestly, if you're gonna be working minimum wage while you make music, you will be the epitome of "starving artist." So I'd suggest maybe saving up a while first, then make your move if you so wish to do.

Yep. If you save up some prior to this, it will help SO MUCH.
