my things being sooo slow it barly runs. and it says i'm not useing any virtuall memory how to i turn it up?

It's talking about the size of the virtual memory paging file. The computer gauges this automatically, and adjusting t manually won't really make much difference.

Basically, you need to buy more RAM for your system.

Smokey Amp is right, it sounds like ya need more RAM, although there are places where you can toggle the amount of virtual memory (to a certain point).

Basically, it means your system requires more RAM than you have, and it tries to use your harddisk as a temporary RAM. So you need more RAM.

I'll take a bet though that you have a bunch of apps running that are sucking your performance.
