you should get some grover tuning heads they are the best of the best. I dont use locking tuning heads and mine stay in tune just fine, i put grove tuning heads on a berhinger guitar and then tuned it, left it in the corner for a month and it string were on off by a hair. so just go grover it cheaper too

You could get a graphite nut and locking tuners.

I've never used locking tuners, but I assume they just lock the strings down.
A floyd rose style locking nut requires a space between the fretboard and the headstock, and wouldn't be very helpful really.

Unless you change to a bridge with fine tuners, I don't recommend using a locking nut.
You really need to determine why your guitar is going out of tune before throwing money at the problem. Afaik, PRS is using Schaller M-6 tuners. They've worked well for me on several of my guitars.

Possible reasons for going out of tune:

1 - Tuners slipping.

2 - Strings slipping on the tuners.

3 - Strings binding at the nut.

4 - Strings binding on string trees. (if so equipped.)

5 - Strings binding at the bridge

6 - Strings stretching.

7 - Trem not always returning to center.

Determine which of those is the problem, and fix that.

Good luck,
