Whammy bar,

You can also pull on your neck back and forth on the headstock, but it isn't reccomended.

you can always move it down a string, and up 5 frets, unless thats an E5. in that case you use your picking hand to vibrato the strings behind the nut.

ive bent guitar a bit to get that sound. you dont do any serious damage to it or nothing, you just apply a little pressure to get a slight pitch shift. your not bending up a semitone :p

try pushing the string behind the nut to make a slight vibrato on open notes, probaly the easiest thing to do and makes the most sense without ringing out other strings.

either tremelo bar or take the back of your neck and the bottom cut part of your guitar and push in opposite directions rather quickly. just don't break it.

like everybody else says yor best options are these:

1) press the string between the nut and the tuner.
2) whammy bar (of course not an option with your guitar now.)
3) push the entire headstock backwards. ive done this before, just do it gently.
4) or you can push the string between the bridge and the saddle. thats a good way to make feedback to.

It only effects the notes on the E string, then you'll only have to stretch an extra 2 frets.
