Hey i play an Ibanez RG2550E, i Play in Drop B or C# Standard, my string gauge atm is 10 - 46, i no that thicker strings give a thicker tone and all that. If i changed to using 12's would my inotation and neck need adjusting to make up for it.

Or will the neck be fine due to the low tuning, but the inotation still need tweeking?

If you had to change your intonation/neck when tuning to B/C# then your probably gonna have to do so. If you haven't done that then it's probably gonna be better with the new strings. The tension with .12s in B is not to far of from the tension with .10s in standard tuning.
